I provide a workbook with questions, journal prompts and resources during our programme. It is up to you how long you spend but I recommend setting aside 3 hours over the summer to explore this.

One to one sessions are hosted remotely on Zoom. Tutorial videos are shared with you via YouTube links to watch in your own time.
